DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

If you’re struggling with mental health issues, Lorikeet Counselling is here to help.  A licensed therapist provides a range of counselling services, from individual therapy to couples and family counseling. Lyndel believes that therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation, which is why she offers a sliding scale fee system. She works closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that draw on evidence-based practices to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Her goal is to help you face life's challenges head-on and provide you with the tools and support necessary to overcome them.

Couples Therapy

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Lyndel offers ongoing sessions of 50 mins duration to give you ample time to discuss your concerns and discover solutions that work for you. For couples seeking therapy, she offers 90-minute sessions to provide adequate time and space to surface underlying issues and attain resolution. Sessions are designed to encourage self-discovery and personal growth, and Lyndel is well-versed in many approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques.
