How much is a Session?
Individual prices start from $150 for virtual sessions ranging for 60 mins.
Relationship prices start from $300 for virtual, multi person sessions for 90 mins.
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (Psilocybin only) prices on request for current clients.
No direct billing to insurance but I am registered with Sunlife, Blue Cross and am a preferred provider for Greenshield.
Insurance coverage is up to the individual plan. Please contact provider for details.

Lyndel has qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Her goal is to help you face life's challenges head-on and provide you with the tools and support necessary to overcome them. Psychedelic-assisted therapy will be available from May 1, 2026 (Psilocybin only).
